# What We Learned from 100 GTM Conversations

> Founders, sales leaders, and operators told us the same things about tools, time, and where AI actually helps.

Before we wrote a line of product copy for Brainess, we talked to people who live in the GTM grind: founder-sellers, first AEs, RevOps leads, and heads of sales at companies from seed to Series C. After a hundred conversations, patterns stop being anecdotes.

## Three truths that kept showing up

**1. Tools don't talk to each other: people do.** Research in one tab, CRM in another, email in a third. The "system of record" is usually a human with too many browser windows.

**2. AI demos wow; AI workflows stick.** Everyone has tried a chatbot that drafts an email. Few have a loop where research → leads → outreach stays connected without copy-paste.

**3. Small teams don't need more seats. They need leverage.** A CRM seat that sits empty is a tax. An AI workspace that finds the next ten accounts is oxygen.

*The product is shaped by the conversations.*

## How that shaped Brainess

Synapse exists because people asked for a teammate that can *do* the research and drafting: not another dashboard. ICP-as-a-system exists because slideware ICPs were getting ignored. One workspace exists because tab chaos was the real competitor.

We'll keep talking. If you want to be part of the next hundred conversations, [request early access](https://brainess.com/#early-access).
