# Product Update: Synapse Gets Smarter

Synapse is the conversational AI inside Brainess, and it just got a serious upgrade. This release focuses on two things teams asked for most: chaining work end-to-end, and showing its reasoning along the way.

## One conversation, full workflow

Previously, you'd ask Synapse to research companies, then start a new request to find leads, then another to draft emails. Now a single prompt like:

`Find 20 companies that match our ICP, pick the two best contacts at each, and draft intro emails for the top ten.`

runs the whole chain. Synapse researches, hunts, ranks, and drafts, and everything lands in your workspace as companies, leads, and email drafts you can review.

## Transparent by default

AI that acts on your pipeline has to earn trust. Every action Synapse takes now comes with a plain-language explanation:

- **Why this company** matches your ICP, with the signals it found.
- **Why this person** is the right contact for your offer.
- **Why this angle** was chosen for each email draft.

You stay in control: drafts are reviewed before they're sent, and every change Synapse makes shows up in your activity history.
