Synapse is the conversational AI inside Brainess, and it just got a serious upgrade. This release focuses on two things teams asked for most: chaining work end-to-end, and showing its reasoning along the way.
One conversation, full workflow
Previously, you'd ask Synapse to research companies, then start a new request to find leads, then another to draft emails. Now a single prompt like:
Find 20 companies that match our ICP, pick the two best contacts at each, and draft intro emails for the top ten.
runs the whole chain. Synapse researches, hunts, ranks, and drafts, and everything lands in your workspace as companies, leads, and email drafts you can review.
Transparent by default
AI that acts on your pipeline has to earn trust. Every action Synapse takes now comes with a plain-language explanation:
- Why this company matches your ICP, with the signals it found.
- Why this person is the right contact for your offer.
- Why this angle was chosen for each email draft.
You stay in control: drafts are reviewed before they're sent, and every change Synapse makes shows up in your activity history.
