From Lead List to First Meeting
A week-in-the-life walkthrough of how a lean team turns ICP-fit companies into booked conversations with Brainess.

Theory is cheap. Here's a concrete week: Monday ICP check, Tuesday hunt, Wednesday draft, Thursday send + follow-up, Friday review what worked. No 12-tool Rube Goldberg machine — just Brainess and a calendar.
Monday — sharpen the ICP
Open your ICP in Brainess. Update one signal that mattered last week (e.g. "hiring SDRs" or "just raised"). Synapse will use it for everything that follows. Ten minutes, not a strategy offsite.
Tuesday — hunt with explanations
Ask Synapse for companies that match. Keep only the ones where the "why" is obvious to a human. Save contacts by role. You're building a short list you'd be proud to defend in standup.
Wednesday to Friday — draft, send, learn
Draft in the same thread so context doesn't evaporate. Review before send. Log replies as opportunities. On Friday, ask: which ICP signals predicted meetings? Tune Monday's ICP with that answer.
Pipeline is a loop, not a list.
